We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service team in East Maitland.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
High standards of professionalism and personal presentationA current NSW Drivers LicenceExceptional communication and customer service skillsA good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairsConfident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems)The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environmentClear communication skills (both written and verbal)Willingness to work in a team environmentYou'll be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away.
This will involve:
