Your Role as a Service Advisor: Join us in making our mission a reality! Your responsibilities will include greeting and serving our customers, advising on vehicle updates, following warranty policies, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating daily service appointments, meeting targets, and managing customer expectations with a smile.
Who We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate is someone with a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry. If you're organized, have strong time management skills, and can work both independently and as part of a team, you're exactly who we're looking for! Bonus points if you have previous experience using Era Power DMS.
