You'll be working alongside our technicians, apprentices, parts interpreters, and management, making sure everything runs smoothly.We need someone who's got great people skills, can manage logistics like a pro, and has no problem working independently to keep day-to-day operations ticking along. You'll also be the go-to for managing the workflow of our tech team, maintaining solid routines and procedures will be key to your success here.We're after someone with plenty of experience in a similar role and a calm, cool-headed approach to decision-making. You'll be hands-on, but also need to be comfy with the tech side—think computer-based processes and strategic planning. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things organized and making smart decisions under pressure, we want to hear from you!Your ExperienceThis role gives you plenty of freedom to take the reins, so we're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role. Bonus points if you've got any experience in the heavy commercial vehicle service industry—it's definitely an advantage!You'll need to be a pro at communicating, delegating, and managing both your workshop team and your customers.
