The Opportunity We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Parts Sales Consultant to join our nationally based team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in automotive parts to assist customers, provide product recommendations, and drive sales growth. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for sales, and enjoy working with customers, this position is the perfect fit for you.
Role Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying automotive parts and accessories, providing product recommendations, and delivering exceptional service.Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessories.Handle customer orders accurately, process transactions, and manage special orders to ensure timely delivery.Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive repeat business.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Does this sound like you?
