With ambitious plans to introduce even more groundbreaking products, there's no better time to join our team and accelerate your career to new heights!What We Offer:A healthy work/life balance with work-from-home optionsA purpose-driven culture that thrives on energy and collaborationPrioritisation of well-being with dedicated mental health daysAmple opportunities for career advancementAccess to 24/7 counselling services for both you and your familyAbout the Role:Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Product Training and Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering informative and engaging frontline product training materials to ensure full understanding of new product features, competitive positioning and Key Selling Points (KSPs) for all new GWM models.An understanding of the technical features that contribute to the KSPs is required, as the main focus of the Product Training & Engagement Specialist is on frontline sales and customer support.The Product Training and Engagement Specialist will ensure effective delivery of these training assets in both face-to-face and online formats, to drive engagement with the GWM product range, ensuring the best possible engagement on all new products across internal GWM teams including sales, marketing, aftersales, customer support, regional teams and the GWM dealer network.The role will also include regular analysis of GWM and competitor retail campaigns to ensure competitive positioning of the GWM brand in market and to assist in retail campaign planning.The desired outcome of the Product Training & Engagement role is to ensure the best possible communication of brand and product features and Key Selling Points to the GWM dealer network and all current and prospective customers.Key Responsibilities:Develop frontline sales and training content in face-to-face and online formats, to enhance product knowledge and engagement in internal departments and across the GWM dealer networkEnsure widespread training content delivery while monitoring training completion and engagementTrain agency partners on new products to assist with marketing campaign developmentMonthly analysis of all competitor retail marketing campaigns using Big Data and wider market analysisMonthly checks of all priced marketing assetsHelp make recommendations on GWM retail marketing campaignsAssist with development of retail marketing campaigns and creative with agency partnersEnsure consumer targeting and call-to-action is optimised for all retail campaignsAssistance with other marketing functions and activities as requiredAct as product engagement champion across the whole GWM business, to ensure optimum outward product communications to the end consumerSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business or marketingTAE40122 advantageousPrevious experience in developing and delivering sales and frontline focused training materials, preferably in an automotive OEMA sound understanding of the Australian and New Zealand automotive marketStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersExceptional verbal and written skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and dealer needsJoin Our Growing Team!Become a vital part of a dynamic team representing one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive brands!If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey with us, APPLY NOW and seize the opportunity to shape the future of the automotive industry in Australia!
