YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the storeHandling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficientlyRecommending and locating automotive partsOccasional delivery runs to customersAccurately picking and putting stock awayDeveloping & maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are metABOUT YOU: Have a love for all things carsKnowledge of vehicle parts & the automotive industryExperience in a similar role dealing with car parts & trade customersManual driver's licenseDelivery driving experience desiredExcellent communication skillsA positive attitude and well-presented appearanceStrong attention to detail and accuracyTeam playerBe available to work some Saturday morningsHOW TO APPLY: Please only apply if:
