About the role Interpreting parts, processing customer orders, ensuing efficient dispatch of products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing credits and being the first point of contact for our customers both in person and over the phoneProviding accurate and technical parts support to our trade, industrial and mining customers and leveraging your expert automotive parts and /or mechanical knowledgeAssisting customers with product information, technical advice, and comfortable selling, providing solutions and problem solvingBuilding strong customer relationships and providing exceptional customer serviceWhat we're looking for An automotive parts interpreting "know how" – in other words, your technical parts knowledge from previous parts interpreting experience and/ or your mechanical background.A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and creating 'moments that matter'.
