Whitsunday Group, with multiple vehicle franchises, is seeking a talented Parts Interpreter to help us grow our parts division. If you have a deep understanding of vehicle components and a passion for excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Assist customers with identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately identify and locate vehicle parts for repairs and maintenance. Collaborate with technicians to ensure the right components are used. Process parts orders efficiently to meet customer and workshop needs. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely deliveries. Conduct regular stock checks, order replenishments, and keep parts storage organised. Requirements: Valid driver's license Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Strong knowledge of automotive components. Excellent customer service. Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities. Familiarity with parts cataloguing systems.
