We are looking for an Automotive Paint Prepper to join our team and grow our Business & Brand.
Based Locally in Laverton North.
Role responsibilities include preparing, priming, buffing, and denibbing vehicles as per job sheet.
We use state of the art equipment and systems, Lowbake paint booth and syrox tinting system.
The successful candidate will require: Demonstrate a thorough sense of workmanship.Previous experience in a prepper or painting role will be highly regarded but not essential.High attention to detail.Team player able to communicate with others relating advice and recommendations.Ability to maintain spray booths and equipment on a daily basis.Ability to be flexible and willing to learn (we are a start to finish automobile workshop with lots of different tasks and opportunities available for the right person).All applicants must be prepared to undergo a police and background check.Additional Information: Salary + SuperPerformance-based bonusGreat Employee BenefitsTool AllowanceCareer Progression7am-3pm roster Monday to FridayAmazing people & network.
