Cooper Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic/Technician to fill the role of Lead Technician/Foreman. As a full-time member of our skilled automotive services team, you will be responsible for supporting the workshop team in achieving a high standard of repairs and meeting performance targets.

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with customer vehicles Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake services, and tyre rotations Repair and replace faulty parts and components, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems Test repaired vehicles to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely Maintain detailed records of all work performed Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures What we're looking for
Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified Automotive Mechanic/Technician Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment and tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures What we offer
