The conditions and remuneration on offer make this a very desirable workplace with room for growth.About the roleThe role is for a full-time automotive mechanic, with experience working on Audi, BMW or Mercedes-Benz, to join an existing team of 18. An ideal candidate would have a passion for the automotive industry and a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.The key daily tasks include:Carrying out manufacturer scheduled servicingCarrying out fault diagnosis and repairCarrying out mechanical, suspension and electrical repairsThe key responsibilities include:Complete all tasks to a high quality to maintain the business's positive reputationCommunication and punctuality are necessaryAbility to work independently and well within a team environmentConsistent demonstration of initiative and strong problem-solving skillsMaintaining honesty and integrityBenefits and perksACA values its staff and is constantly improving the working conditions and benefits on offer for all staff in the workshop.Salary is $70,500 pa + uniform + bonus (after probationary period) and overtime for a 40-hour work week. The right candidate with the right skills and knowledge can earn substantial remuneration.Benefits include free onsite parking, uniform (including work boots), coffee, and beverages.
