We have MULTIPLE vacancies for a GSE mechanic within our Australian business, available for enthusiastic and motivated trade-qualified mechanics keen to join a supportive and collaborative team on a full-time basis. Position Requirements:
Mechanical Trade Certificate Must have own tools Must hold a current driver's license Experience in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding preferred Willingness to undertake ASIC background checks for security access Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical check
Position Description:
The mechanic's position involves utilizing your technical skills and experience as a tradesman to repair and maintain ground support equipment. You will report daily to the Shift Supervisor; however, you will ultimately be under the management of the State Service Manager. Your role involves following service guidelines and data as well as repair and maintenance tasks that reflect a trade standard. The variety of equipment and the unique nature of aviation equipment means there is an opportunity to bring a wide collection of knowledge, skills, and experience to the role.
