Automotive Mechanic

Aladdin Automotive and Crash Centre – Edwardstown SAResponsibilities:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.Service, repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles.Provide the highest level of workmanship.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning in a timely manner.Road test vehicles when required.Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer, as well as ensuring customers' vehicle is kept clean.Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance needs in a friendly and clear manner.Utilise diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions.Ensure that required documentation is completed and accurate.Report machine defects and malfunctions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our industry.Exhibit a friendly and positive attitude.Minimum Requirements:Good attention to detail.Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningTuesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningWednesday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningThursday: Afternoon, Morning, EveningFriday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningSaturday: Morning, Afternoon, EveningSunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.Working rights required for this role.Expected start date for role: 01 December 2024.Expected salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
