About the role:We are looking for a professional, friendly, multi-skilled individual to join us as our Finance and Business Manager to guide and help customers through their finance applications when they buy their car. You will be assisting customers navigate finance options at the time of check-out and will be screening and assessing customers to find them the best finance option while providing exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
The role will be based out of our location in Morningside QLD on a 5 day roster including Saturdays.
Responsibilities:Minimum 2 years experience as a finance consultant / broker / business manager, preferably in Asset Finance or car dealershipsCert IV in financial services (good to have) or equivalent and / or relevant tertiary qualificationsAssessing customers' needs, creditworthiness and affordability using data shared by customers and from credit agenciesProvide exceptional multi-channel (calls, emails) assistance to our customers through their finance application using your deep knowledge of car loan productsActing as a liaison between lenders and customers to help customers navigate through declines or requests for more information from lendersActing as trusted advisor to customers looking to purchase other ancillary products such as Extended Warranty and tinting from Cars24Passion and go-getter attitude to achieve strong customer outcomesExcellent communication skills with ability to explain and resolve queries regarding financial products to customersProven customer service background with experience in both inbound and outbound calls to customersFlexibility to work with new and changing technology platformsAttention to detail to make sure all I's are dotted and T's are crossed in the entire customer loan journeyBe prepared to undergo a police and background checkBenefits:Competitive salary package and exceptional employee benefits!Industry leading OTEsMonthly Phone Allowance + MoreGreat Employee BenefitsOTE - $130K+ uncapped earnings (base + super + Commissions)Employee Assist ProgramGround-up opportunity: build a big business from scratch and shape the strategic direction of the market, changing the way Australians buy carsAmazing people & network.
