About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and qualified Auto Electricians to join our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team, undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.
This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections and complete damage reports as per company procedures.
Carry out mechanic diagnosis, repair, and replacements as required.
Perform repairs and refurbish recycled parts to required quality standards.
Ensure no vehicle or component is refitted or supplied if not safe to do so.
Upon request, carry out minor/small repairs as per Job Sheet.
If required, notate broken parts/extra repairs and submit to Estimator.
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
Ensure your work complies with AMA's QA standards and sign the QA Sheet to confirm your work meets AMA standards.

Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60-$80k
Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80k-$100k
Annual salary with the opportunity to earn a production bonus.
