Job Description Your New Opportunity: Our Auto Electricians are a key part of the team here at Penske, with all manner of vehicles coming in and out of the workshop we need someone with an eye for detail , and extensive experience in Auto Electrics - hopefully in the heavy vehicle space.
Not only will you work alongside a fantastic team, you'll have the ability to build your skills and career by working on our premium brands of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a variety of on-highway vehicles.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of electrical systems.
Install, maintain, and repair electronic components and equipment.
Work collaboratively with a team to deliver top-notch quality.

About you: Trade qualification as an auto electrician Extensive on the job experience as an auto electrician, ideally in a heavy vehicle environment An eye for detail and strong technical experience in diagnostics The ability to read and interpret wiring designs and use technical data to its maximum potential.
Exhibit a sound technical knowledge and experience with American or European trucks.
Experience in Western Star, MAN Trucks & Bus, Dennis Eagle, mtu, Detroit and Allison Transmission products would be highly advantageous.
Easily work independently, take the job and run with it, but just as happy working in a team.
Have effective communication and teamwork skills, and actively promote Penske's values and purpose.
