About the role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Smart AVR Pty Ltd in Werribee, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.
What you'll be doing Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle makes and modelsUtilise the latest diagnostic tools and equipment to analyse and troubleshoot vehicle faultsRepair and replace faulty components to restore vehicle functionalityProvide accurate and detailed reporting on all work undertakenLiaise with customers to explain findings and recommended repairsMaintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detailStay up-to-date with industry developments and new automotive technologiesWhat we're looking for A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Automotive Diagnostic TechnicianStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issuesExcellent working knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic componentsProficiency in using a range of diagnostic equipment and softwareA keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workStrong communication skills to liaise with customers and team membersA current driver's licence.What we offer
