Automotive Finance & Insurance BM at Lismore Nissan (O'Neill Auto Group) We are looking for a Business Manager in Automotive Finance & Insurance to join our vehicle sales team. Working closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the best automotive solutions available. Commencement Duties: Training & Development with:
Sales & Delivery of all Finance SolutionsSales & Delivery of all Insurance SolutionsSales & Delivery of all Aftermarket SolutionsAdministrative duties that include:
System Processing – stock controlIt is expected within 6 months the successful applicant will be responsible for: Sales & Delivery of Finance SolutionsSales & Delivery of Insurance SolutionsSales & Delivery of Aftermarket SolutionsAssisting with vehicle stock controlMeeting and exceeding monthly performance measuresDrive to meet high conversions and sales rates while ensuring the customers' best interest comes firstStrengthen relationships between customers and the dealershipEssential to your success, we are seeking: Strong analytical and decision-making skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to think on your feet and outside the box for our customersStrong customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales teamAbility to double close deals and assist the Sales ConsultantsMust be detail-oriented and process-drivenAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to work across multiple sitesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suiteHold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquireWe offer an opportunity to work for a locally owned and operated family dealership.
