Due to current growth, we are looking to place another Business Manager into our Finance and Insurance team. You'll assist our Toyota customers get into the car they really want with a market leading finance and insurance product.
About the Role Our Business Managers collaborate with our sales team, find solutions, and educate our customers on our in-dealership finance and insurance products to help them purchase and protect their new investment – their Toyota. You'll get involved early, build a pipeline, and manage your customer contact up to the point where they drive their new car out of our grand showroom.
This is a performance-based and extremely rewarding specialty role for those who value great customer service, experience, and the thrill of sales.
What will you do when you join us? Presentation, introduction and selling of all finance, insurance and roadside assistance products to our customers Work closely with our dynamic young sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals Working with customers to establish their needs and presenting finance options to suit their individual requirements Maximize results and exceed monthly KPI's Assist the department achieve high finance penetration with the support of other Business Managers. About you… You provide a quality of service that customers describe as excellent You recognize the necessity of continuous personal growth and continuous improvement You understand the value of teamwork, and working on your own to achieve your goals Your strengths are communication and problem solving You will be focused and committed to the role and great customer service You will be an excellent negotiator and able to influence others You will be experienced in the automotive finance and insurance industry You'll hold a valid manual/auto QLD Drivers licence and have a good driving history This is a Monday to Saturday position, with an RDO during the week.
