An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager/Lending Specialist to join our professional and dynamic team.
Working directly with our Sales Team, you will deliver exceptional service to customers and play a key role in the sales process.
Our preference is for an experienced Finance Business Manager who is self-motivated and passionate about selling finance and insurance products.
You must be able to provide our customers with finance and insurance options to assist the buying process and actively participate in closing sales.
Our dealership is experiencing significant growth creating numerous finance & insurance opportunities.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Achieving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets.
Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting the Sales Teams with closing deals and negotiation.
Forecasting sales and accurate reporting.
Working with an established process framework.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of finance & insurance experience or in a similar role.
Experienced vehicle sales people are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven passion and pride for going above and beyond for customers.
