Help us craft the ideal reconditioning plan for every car that comes through our process! With your expertise in automotive repairs and costings, you'll assess inspection results and recommend the best route to transform each vehicle into a Carma-standard car. You'll ensure we strike the right balance between quality, time, and cost to deliver the best cars for our customers.
What you'll be doing:Inspect Carma cars: spotting damage and finding out the best repair game plan.Weigh up all the findings for each individual car that goes through our process to make informed decisions.Lean on your car knowledge, our system, data, market insights and in-house standards to determine the best pathway for each car.Work closely with other stakeholders internally to bounce ideas off them, and involve the right people to make decisions.Review and be accountable for the end cost and quality of cars vs your initial projections.Roll up your sleeves and keep the production line rolling - whether that's moving cars, washing them or making sure everything's on schedule, you'll be happy to help out.Share your bright ideas - if there's a better way of doing things, we want to hear it!Okay, let's talk about you:You know cars inside and out - experience with vehicle inspections and/or repairs would be ideal.We're a tech company, so you'll need to be comfortable navigating new systems.Attention to detail is your superpower - you can balance speed with top-notch quality.A reliable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities change a lot.Hold a clean NSW driver's licence.What's in it for you?Great work life balance, our production team works Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.Join a growing company with fantastic training and progression opportunities — grow with us!We wouldn't be a car business if we didn't give you some $$ off our Carma cars, parts and NRMA cover.At Carma, we're all about fostering an amazing culture, where you can bring your best self to work!
