Automotive Aftersales Manager (Service and Parts)North Shore Honda, Artarmon is seeking an ambitious, experienced Automotive Aftersales Manager (Service and Parts) to lead our service team and help grow the service business to new record levels.We're looking for someone who has:Excellent team management and leadership skillsA high level of professionalism and personal presentationCurrent NSW Driver's LicenseStrong focus on delivering high quality and service levelsHonda brand experience will be highly regarded but is not essentialCommitment to high levels of customer serviceStrong coaching, mentoring and development skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performance teamThe ability to prepare, monitor and report on department budgets whilst driving resultsThe ability to monitor the department's adherence to workplace safety policies and proceduresSound technical knowledgeTo be successful, you will be a natural leader who is driven with high energy levels and can motivate your team to achieve and exceed all financial and customer satisfaction KPIs.You'll be responsible for:Leading our team of service professionals to continue the growth we are currently experiencingWorking closely with the manufacturers' expectations and requirementsMeasuring, monitoring and improving various service KPIs and profitabilityDriving retail sales and identifying new opportunities for growthWorking closely with the Service Advisors to ensure great service and salesManaging incoming work and maximizing efficiency, productivity and charging efficiencyStepping in and resolving customer concerns if they get escalated to your levelDriving workshop team morale, culture and leading the teamSpearheading the growth of the business and leading the team into a new eraPlanning daily activities of the service department, analyzing results and consistently considering ways to improve efficienciesParticipating in budget setting process and ensuring achievement of all financial and customer service KPIsRecruiting, managing and developing a high-performance teamCoordinating all the department's training requirementsOverseeing the purchase of all equipment and suppliesMaking a proactive contribution to ongoing department improvementsApproving sublets and purchase ordersEnsuring compliance with all relevant brand guidelines as well as all relevant legal and regulatory mattersImmediate Start, this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with an attractive remuneration package (including company car).If you think you have what it takes to take our Service Department to the next level, APPLY NOW.
