Job Description

Implement and maintain automation frameworks for robust test execution
Design, write, and execute detailed test scripts
Work closely with the development team to ensure software quality
Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved
Provide feedback and recommendations on software usability and functionality
Investigate customer problems referred by technical support
Be a proactive contributor to the team and help drive improvements in test processes
Stay current on new technologies and trends in the automation testing field

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Automation Tester' should have:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
