About the role As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for the design and development of both functional and non-functional automation test scenarios across the Digital Enablement team to deliver industry-leading digital services for the benefit of the heavy vehicle industry.
Key responsibilities include: Create and implement test scenarios that ensure compliance with NHVR regulations and data security standards, including verifying that Electronic Work Diary (EWD) systems meet all testing requirements, data needs, and specific regulatory guidelines relevant to heavy vehicle operations. Translate user stories into effective web application test scenarios and scripts, ensuring that they align with acceptance criteria and enable users to achieve their objectives. Develop automation tests for web applications in the JavaScript / ReactJS development domains. 5+ years' experience using automation and performance testing technologies. Demonstrated extensive knowledge in developing automation tests for web applications in the JavaScript / ReactJS. Experience with online enterprise software development and collaboration tools, including Azure DevOps suite. Experience in programming with JavaScript, Cucumber, or other BDD Automated testing tools. Demonstrated experience with Web Software Quality Management Systems in a multi-disciplinary environment.
