Job Description of Automation Test Analyst, Perth:We are looking for a self-directed and motivated Automation Test Analyst to be part of an agile multi-disciplinary development team working on industry-leading mine automation solutions.
The work is technical in nature, and you will be exposed to both hardware and software systems.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:Develop and maintain automation test frameworkIntegrate automation test framework with CI/CD pipelineWrite and execute test scriptsCreate test coverage report for automated testsWork closely with product teams, customers, and key stakeholders to ensure the test scope meets the technology requirements.Minimum Qualifications:Proven 5+ years as an Automation Test Analyst or similar roleExperience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelineHands-on experience with Python / .NET scriptingUnderstanding of Agile and Scrum techniques including user story refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectivesExperience in designing, developing, and executing integration, system, regression, and performance testsFamiliarity with Robot Framework and performance test tools (jMeter)Proficient in C# / Python / .NETExperience with Jira and ZephyrKnowledge of code coverage and profilingAble to create test cases from requirementsExcellent communication skills with team members and other stakeholdersStrong planning and problem-solving skillsKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THE ROLE:Test mobile autonomy products against the agreed deliverables.Develop automation test framework.Write test cases.Create automated tests.Document all test results.Integrate automated test execution in CI/CD pipeline.
