Your future role:
In this newly created role the successful candidate will be in charge of the development and implementation of the Robotics – Automation onsite.
The Robot will support Spot Welding activities onsite.
This is a full-time permanent role.
A bit about your new role: Support the Automation & Robotic Leader in new robotic cell integrationLead and support development of standards and program structurePropose improvement of robotic assets, process optimizationResponsible for putting into operation the robotic cellsSupport the maintenance team in troubleshootingDefinition of technical specifications for new installations / new machine functionalityCarry out the functional analysis of the installation & support integrator in this taskEnsure all automation safety for automation systems are assessed and in placeMaster robotic programs provided by the suppliersDefine upgrades on existing equipment (process improvement, mitigation of machine weaknesses, etc.
)Be able to modify / qualify new robotic programs based on production needs (dry runs, offline simulation)Support integrators in new project implementation (documentation review, PFMEA, project follow-up, etc.
)Participate in Design Review for new robotic project installationParticipate in the machine acceptance test (all functionality tests)Be able to adjust machine settings & make cell calibrationMake simulation of new 3D cell via offline programmingDefine robotic operator training strategy, competency requirements (operator training, basic programming training)Training program for Operators (Internal/External)All about you: Experience in implementation of automated and robotic lines in industrial environmentsExperience managing complex projectsKnowledge of welding and/or surface treatment special processesWe value passion and attitude over experience.
