Automation Reliability Manager | Moorebank

About the Role
Lead automation reliability and performance CI projects. A strong understanding of engineering principles & maintenance practices is required. Work within a high profile, customer-focused, automated site.
What You'll Do:

Ensure high levels of reliability and availability of the automation equipment, minimising unplanned downtime.
Management and oversight of the Residential Service Agreement, including KPI setting, monitoring and administering, and supporting the various performance measurement, reporting and improvement mechanisms in the agreement.
Validating and guiding the residential service team's approach and implementation on topics.
Providing leadership and subject matter expertise to the operations team in areas supporting equipment performance.
Leading an active reliability and equipment performance CI program.
Working with the operational and planning teams to ensure an optimal balance between minimising downtime and ensuring that downtime that is required is planned and coordinated.

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience working in the warehouse automation space.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development. Automation / Manufacturing / Engineering trade background is preferred.
Proven track record of contract and contractor management.
Knowledge of WHS legislation, principles and practices; understanding of key building services, preferably in industrial property.
