As the Automation and Reliability Technician , you will design, implement, and maintain automated systems to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of Production Lines.
You'll interrogate systems and processes by measuring and analysing data, and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver increased reliability and efficiencies.
You will work with the operational teams to standardise processes and systems, embed improvements and build confidence and sustainable capability within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation leading to scalable solutions that support future growth.
Drive robust change management processes to mitigate risk in projects and initiatives and ensure compliance to industry standards.
Coach and develop teams to understand critical paths and their impact on efficiency, utilising a reliability centric approach.
Provide detailed analytics on efficiency performance to enable agile change if required.
Develop and implement strategies to create a culture that supports predictive maintenance to maximise up time and reduce cost.
Work as an instrumental member of project teams providing technical support to scope, develop, test and commission new multi million dollar projects.
Remain current on industry developments and technologies to facilitate and lead change in the organisation.
Adhere to business procedures to embed safety, quality and sustainability into the culture and ways of working.
Now let's talk about you: Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma of Applied Technologies or equivalent 5+ years experience in a Manufacturing environment Lean, continuous and process improvement training and experience Effectively sets priorities, structured and organised to deliver against rigid timeframes Able to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions throughout the business Able to identify effective containment measures including the discipline to progress to permanent solutions Advanced Project Management experience utilising recognised methodologies and tools The benefits are good too!
