Automation Analyst

Create, execute, and report on high-quality test automation artefacts such as automated test cases, test data etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines. Coach, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to Junior and Trainee members of the test automation team. Create and maintain documentation to support test automation delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test automation team. Initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the test automation team and the ICT Division, business, and operational areas. Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences. Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the test automation team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation. Provide limited technical advice on applications, systems, environments, data, and tools (etc.) to the test automation team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
