We are seeking an Automation and AI Developer to join our team. The role will be a 2-year contract position working directly with our talented IT team.
Key Responsibilities About the role
As an Automation and AI Developer, you will be working across both Hannover Re (P&C Branch) and Hannover Life Re (Life subsidiary) businesses. This position is responsible for designing, programming, simulating, testing, optimising and implementing automated processes, with a specific focus on automation solutions. This includes automating repetitive tasks and processes, thereby improving efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
This role emphasises expertise in Workflow, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) frameworks, including GEN AI. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging their proficiency in these technologies to drive innovation, streamline processes, minimise manual interventions and ensure unparalleled precision and compliance for Hannover Re processes.
Duties and Responsibilities: Identifying automation opportunities, implementing solutions for optimised productivity and accuracyCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective process transformationsDesigning, developing and implementing automation solutions for specific processes, utilising Workflow technologies, RPA tools or AI frameworks such as GEN AIIntegrating new solutions with existing systems and platforms. Maintaining and troubleshooting new and existing automation systems ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.Conducting rigorous testing, simulations and prototype trials.
