The Company
Go Doors is part of the Record / Assa Abloy Group, and is one of the largest Automatic Door, Roller Door and Gate Companies in Western Australia.
We supply and install the world's leading brands of Automatic Doors, Gates and Revolving Doors throughout the commercial market segment.
We hold numerous private and government contracts, and due to our ongoing growth in the industry, a full-time position has become available in our team.
The position
Duties will predominantly consist of installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and reactive service of automatic door, gate and roller door/shutter systems in the Perth Metropolitan area.
Some paid overtime work is expected and you will also share after hours work with the other technicians on a rostered cycle.
Once fully trained and skilled, infrequent regional country work may be required.

The person
We're seeking a person who is reliable, team orientated and enthusiastic towards achieving a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Good verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as being well organised and having the ability to work unsupervised.
Current Driver's License is essential and a white card is preferable but can be attained upon successful selection.
National Working with Children and Police check will also be required if successful.
Current automatic door, gate or roller shutter technicians, electricians, mechanics, boiler makers, fire technicians, carpenters or security technicians will be regarded as strong candidates for the position.
For Australian residents, experience in automatic doors, gates or roller doors is desirable; however, applicants that can demonstrate transferable skills or an aptitude for similar work outlined above, such as access control technicians, mechanics, sheet metal workers etc., will also be considered.
