Provide counter service to both retail and trade customers.Answer telephone and email enquiries.Prepare quotations and invoices.Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle fitments.Liaise with customers to keep them up to date.Assist customers with product advice.Safety leadership & the ability to identify and implement safe work practices.Skills and experience Previous automotive/4WD/caravan/camping industry experience or passionPrevious retail and or telephone sales experience.Friendly, helpful personality.A valid Driver's licence.Multi-skilled and adaptable.Recruitment Process: During our recruitment process, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a pre-employment medical, reference checks, national police check and Australian working rights check.
