Due to recent business growth, TORRA are looking for an experienced Auto Electricians to join their Muswellbrook office.
As an Auto Electrician at AVE Technologies, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced technology systems on heavy and light vehicles across multiple sites and projects throughout the Hunter Valley.
What will you do? Install collision avoidance systems (CAS)Diagnose, repair, and maintain auto electrical systems for heavy mining vehiclesUse modern diagnostic tools for fault finding and system calibrationInstall auto electrical cabling and systems onsiteManage and control project and compliance documentation, records and certificates.Complete commissioning plans, hand over relevant documents to the Project Manager, and conduct job completion walkthroughs with the customer. About you It is essential that you are a Trade Qualified Auto ElectricianExperience working with heavy mining machinery such as: Liebherr Haul Trucks and Excavators, Hitachi Excavators and CAT Wheel Loaders, Dozers and GradersExpertise in wiring harnesses, FMS, machine positioning and battery systemsKnowledge of CAN bus systems and vehicle telemetry, along with experience installing and maintaining additional vehicle systems.Team player, promoting a collaborative, safe and respectful environment About the role 9-month fixed term contract with AVE TechnologiesPotential for extension after 9 monthsContract based onsite at BHP MT ArthurLifestyle, 5/4 roster (day shift only)Competitive hourly rates
