Join the team and make your place in BHP.About the RoleWe're inviting Auto Electricians with experience in either Field or Mobile Maintenance to register your interest and join our talent pool for future opportunities. Working across Operation Services WAIO sites in the Pilbara region, you will conduct planned and/or breakdown maintenance/shutdowns and repairs (Field) or planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs to predominantly CAT 793F Trucks and CAT 785 Watercarts (Mobile).FIFO from Perth, these roles will offer an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster.Responsibilities include:Planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of mobile plant and equipment (mobile)Shutdowns, servicing, repairs, planned and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining equipment (field)Following scheduled planned/breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections and repairs on equipment as requiredExecuting work orders as per schedule to a high standardScoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative workContribute to a positive team cultureWork to a high degree of safety at all timesAbout YouPrevious experience in mining or a transferable industry with larger-sized earthmoving equipment or field servicesDigger and/or drill field experience - Epiroc and Liebherr of advantage (field)Cat & Cummins knowledge is highly desirable (mobile)Team-focused, with a high regard for safety in the workplaceHighly developed diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work both as part of a diverse team and autonomously when requiredWhat is on offer?Permanent Employment with an attractive remuneration and benefits packageAnnual bonus scheme paid every SeptemberOngoing career development with growth opportunities within Operations ServicesA culture of trust, teamwork, and collaborationContinuous focus on developing and upskilling our peopleFunded flights provided from PerthAbout our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
