About the Role We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians with demonstrated experience maintaining and diagnosing earthmoving plant and equipment based in our Mobile Equipment Maintenance Division (Predominantly Newman Operations - Newman West) to conduct planned and/or breakdown maintenance and repairs, FIFO from Perth. This role offers an 8/6 7/7 rotating day/night roster.
Responsibilities include: Servicing, diagnosing, planned and breakdown maintenance on a variety of mobile plant and equipment - Predominantly Cat 793F trucks and Cat 785 watercarts. Following scheduled planned/breakdown maintenance and carrying out inspections on equipment as required. Execute work orders as per schedule and to a high standard. Completing inspections and repairs as per the maintenance strategies. Scoping and creating 1SAP notifications for preventative work. Contribute to a positive team culture, working to a high degree of safety at all times. About You Previous experience in mining, or a transferrable industry with larger sized earthmoving equipment desirable but not essential. Cat knowledge highly desirable, however not essential. Highly safety focused. Team focused, with a positive team-oriented nature. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work as part of a diverse team. What is on offer?
