Enjoy a short two hour flight direct to our well-equipped camp and mining operation - only a five minute drive from Woodie airport.Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Auto Electrician at our Woodie Manganese Operations, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara, working on a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth.Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the successful applicant will be required to:Conduct maintenance activities to the mining and support vehicle fleet, consisting predominantly of Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment.Apply OEM maintenance practices, procedures, and information to required maintenance activities.Conducting workshop maintenance and maintaining high housekeeping standards in work areas.Diagnosing and repairing machines/equipment in both a workshop and field environment.Diagnose and repair electrical systems when required.Desired Skills and ExperienceThe following skills and experience are essential:Cert III Auto Electrician trade -Heavy (Australia recognised)National Police Clearance.Current Air Conditioning licence.Extensive product knowledge on CAT & Komatsu equipment.Experience in performing auto electrical and air condition repairs on mining equipment.Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.Applicants must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, provide a clean NPC (dated within the last 6 months (or able to obtain) and provide valid references.In return ConsMin offers:Tooling Replacement Programme.Employee benefits including discounted health insurance, salary sacrificing options and hotel discounts.Comfortable permanent rooms, excellent recreational facilities and a welcoming site culture.Enjoy a family friendly 14/14 roster from Perth.Opportunity to progress your career and gain valuable experience at a unique, complex site.Friendly, supportive team who will help you succeed in this role should you be successful.Superannuation paid on all hours worked.Award Winning Mental Health Program - Mining Minds Matter, Working Away Not Alone;If you're interested in applying to this position, please hit "apply now".
