No. 27046The RoleMount Isa Mines are currently advertising a vacancy for the role of Auto Electrician. Reporting to the George Fisher Mine Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in safely and effectively performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Working in a team and promoting site safety standards, you will ensure that the highest quality of work is conducted and maintained. This position is residentially based in Mount Isa and requires you to work a roster comprising of 7 on 7 off day and night continuous shifts.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Demonstrate and promote a high level of safety commitmentWork thoroughly and consistently when maintaining site vehicles and equipmentWork both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary trade teamPartake in servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance change outs, along with field workPerform works on a range of mobile mining equipment including Caterpillar, Sandvik, Epiroc, Normet and KomatsuParticipate in continuous improvement projectsThe successful candidate will possess:Trade qualification – Auto ElectricalCapability in reading and interpreting auto electrical schematicsAbility to conduct fault finding on electrical systems and machinesEfficiency with OEM diagnostics toolingCurrent Australian manual driver's licenseFor further information, please contact:Jo-Mari Botha, Recruitment Advisor on 0437 176 896 or email ****** Close: 8 am Wednesday 20 November 2024
