As the National Sales Manager at ACM Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence across the nation. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of ACM Group.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with ACM Group's business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and devise plans to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and maintains a high level of engagement and productivity.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Prepare and present reports on sales achievements, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new regions and sectors, enhancing ACM Group's market share and brand presence.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading teams.
