Our mine borders the national forest and the picturesque town of Boddington – we have local sports, an IGA, cafes, and anything else you could need.Join us and unearth your potential in a global company that is at the forefront of shaping the future of the mining industry.We are looking for motivated Auto Electricians to be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and components on our Caterpillar Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Fleet.With an Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) successfully implemented at Boddington you will have the opportunity to:Work on leading edge technology that drives advances in mining fleet safety and performance.Work with our fleet of 793F Haul Trucks.Gain exposure to integrated mine operation systems.Learn about and work with high precision GPS systems.Learn networking principles and data transfer.Work with various computer programs.Work with MineStar technology which is ever evolving so always something new to learn.You will be committed to maximising the amount of scheduled maintenance and minimising the impact of unscheduled works, while striving to continually improve the way we do things.Who You AreYou will have a trade qualification as an Auto Electrician, experience maintaining HME, a current C class manual driver's licence and a proficient user of SAP, CAT SIS and general computer skills.Experience with Autonomous Haulage Systems and Caterpillar equipment will be highly regarded.You will always demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and use your experience and judgement to ensure yourself and your workmates stay safe.
