You will do this by visiting centres and services in your regional area, assessing and monitoring compliance in adherence to the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 (National Law), Victorian Children's Services Act 1996 (Children's Services Act) and Child Safe Standards.Two positions work across the South Western Victoria Region and is based in the Western Metro Area team and the third position works across the North Western Victoria Region and is based in the Northern Metro Area team. The roles will involve travel across the Western Metro Area and the Northern Metro Area. The roles will at times, include planned overnight stays. The Western Metro Area team office is based in Footscray and the Northern Metro Area team is based in Coburg.About YouSuited to someone that thrives on having diverse responsibilities, you will:Have strong attention to detail.Be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a wide range of groups.Be methodical in approach.Have a willingness to learn.While you will ideally have compliance or investigative experience or experience working in an early learning environment with a deep understanding of the legislations and National Quality Framework, this is preferrable and not essential.
