Its principal activities include the provision of Commercial Lending in Australia and New Zealand, Point of Sale Payment Plans, and Australia Cards (humm 90) and New Zealand Cards (including Farmers Finance Card, Farmers Mastercard, Q Card, Q Mastercard, and Flight Centre Mastercard).
What's so exciting about this role?
Our awesome humm Authorisations Team is looking for an Authorisations Officer to join them in a permanent position. They provide tailored solutions to humm buyers and sellers, often required to think 'outside the box' when considering new business opportunities and adhering to responsible lending guidelines.
As a first point of contact for buyers and sellers, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls efficiently, processing applications, data entry/verification, assessing applications, and performing administrative duties. This is a permanent position with shifts set between the department's core business hours of 7:00 am and 11:30 pm (open 7 days).
What Does An Average Day Look Like?
No day is average at humm , but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:
Answer inbound calls and emails related to applications and general inquiries. Verify application details and complete data entry of consumer agreements. Conduct application reviews (i.e., requesting additional documentation, assessing details, and making informed decisions that adhere to internal guidelines). Create opportunities by tailoring considerations and outcomes for our buyers and sellers. Make occasional outbound calls to follow up on decisions, outcomes, or inquiries. Scan and file documentation responsibly. Who will thrive in this role?
