About The Role
Serving as the main point of contact for our in-house loan application processors, you will be required to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat, or email. Within this role, you will be required to respond to help desk ticket requests via our in-house communication channels. Based on the information provided to you, you will research and determine the best solution using the various information resources available to you.
Key Responsibilities Support and/or escalate user enquiries in a timely manner Assist in the monitoring and correct configuration of User Access controls Accurately log events and issues, along with the resolutions within the relevant software Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and configuration obstacles Collate and deliver any feedback and suggestions from users to the appropriate internal team Assist in database/SQL Management, system shutdowns and restarts, new release testing/sign off, if required based on skillset Actively participate in and support Auswide Bank's programs and initiatives Ensure compliance with Auswide Bank's Policy & Procedures, privacy guidelines, and other applicable laws and regulations What you'll bring to the table
As well as being customer-orientated, cool-tempered and having an eye for detail, you will also need to:
Have sound IT technical knowledge and skills Hold a BS/BA or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or other relevant field, although this is not critical if you can demonstrate relevant on-the-job experience Have a good working knowledge of home loan and consumer lending application processing in a financial environment Have proven experience as a help desk technician or in another customer support role Have a good working knowledge of SQL, database management, XML, cloud and security requirements working in a financial environment Have a satisfactory understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other online tech/software products such as Manage Engine & Jira Have the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical/software/user assistance queries Be able to communicate effectively and efficiently Benefits
