Your New Role Looks Like This: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Representative to join our Wealth team located at our Melbourne head office.
Reporting to the Service Lead, you will become part of a small close-knit team, performing your role will consist of receiving daily inbound calls, making some outbound calls when required, and completing daily administration and operational tasks.
You will also be proactive in managing client expectations and turnaround times while working within a high-performing team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering excellence in customer service, connecting with customers through empathic listening, asking open questions to provide a platform for customers to engage and complete any follow-up work required to resolve the customer's purpose for calling.
Anticipate customer needs and consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer.
Assist in gathering information to respond to difficult/technical questions.
Adhere to work rosters to maintain queue coverage.
Establish and maintain technical knowledge of the Australian Unity Wealth product suite both current and legacy to the extent that these can be processed without error.
Liaise with other areas in the Wealth & Capital Markets that require assistance on the Life & Super Products.
This position operates on a rotating roster between 8:30-5:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday.
Training will be in office full time, before moving to a hybrid approach, where in-office days are Monday – Wednesday.
About You: Demonstrated experience in the Australian financial services industry in a customer service role.
Some understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance.
Strong data entry skills coupled with attention to detail.
A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service.
Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business.
