Designer - Digital Products and Platforms (DPP) Location: Canberra - ACT THE ROLE:
Austrade's Digital Products and Platforms (DPP) is looking for a dynamic, user-oriented designer to be actively involved in the design and delivery of Austrade's digital client products. As a designer, you will work with Austrade teams and clients to ensure that services are designed to champion user needs. You will assist in the development of designs based on the evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes.
We are looking for a strong team player who values agile ways of working and Human Centred Design (HCD) by working openly and collaboratively.
DUTIES INCLUDE: Work under limited direction from the Product Owner to develop designs, user flows, and prototypes aligned to branding best practice and execution. Assist with identifying user requirements and usability goals as part of the design solution. Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders, develop and maintain internal and external relationships. Develop and publish content as required. Maintain, or develop, knowledge and understanding of the Commonwealth Digital Service Standard. Understand and ensure compliance with branding guidelines, including Australian Government guidelines. Participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings, including with creative and digital agencies involved in delivery. CLOSING DATE:
