The opportunity
Change Managers play a key role in ensuring that organisational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and usage.
They focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organisation structures and more.

Role responsibilities
As an AE6 Change Manager you will:
Deliver change management activities to support the change required by a project or initiative.
Drive communication efforts through the management of key communication activities.
Build strong working relationships with staff across the organisation and work closely with other change managers to coordinate efforts.
Integrate change management activities into project plans to ensure smooth and effective delivery of project related change.
Assist with evaluation to ensure user readiness through analysis and assessment of data.
Track and report issues and risks.
Measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
What you will bring

Experience implementing plans for change, communications and engagement in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to various audiences.
The ability to produce high quality outcomes.
The ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with a wide range of internal and external business stakeholders to influence change.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams, prioritising work and developing change capability.
Qualifications and certifications in change management are desirable but not essential.

Assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.

Employment conditions
Employment is under the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979.
Conditions of service are similar to those applying in the Australian Public Service.
We recognise entitlements accrued under the Public Service Act 1999 and provide for continuation of superannuation under the Commonwealth schemes.
Salary packaging arrangements are also available.
