As a Program People Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Program Delivery Leads with the people management of all team members within the Customer System Integration (CSI) Program (over 300 people currently on the CSI Program).
Reporting to the CSI Program Director, and working closely with the Delivery Leads, People Change and Communication Partners and our Business Transformation Partner, Accenture, this role will drive collaboration and partnership, leading, managing, coaching, motivating and mentoring team members, advocating a positive and satisfying work environment, whilst promoting and creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
Day to day, you'll:
Partner with the CSI Leadership team in the development of organisation and role structures, reporting lines and resourcing. Provide team members within the Program, leadership stability of their employee experience, ensuring they have one-on-one support for career development, goal setting, performance and wellbeing. Provide coaching to team members within the Program, managing the needs of the team with regards to people practices in goal setting, performance management, talent management, role transitions, remuneration and reward, wellbeing and flexibility. Manage the performance of team members within the Program, ensuring development plans are clear, performance targets are met, and staff issues, opportunities and risks are managed. Support team members and the CSI deliverables during talent transitions as the program moves through its progressive drops whilst also developing a deep understanding of talent, career aspirations and development needs in the CSI workforce and appropriately support ART team members with role changes. This role will suit a dedicated, positive and passionate people leader looking to take their next career step, supporting a substantial key project, and is available as a 2-year max-term/secondment opportunity.

Demonstrated leadership of a high performing team from all aspects of recruitment, performance management, retention, development, and coaching. Proven ability to build strong partnerships with other leaders and stakeholders to develop and deliver on strategic initiatives and be able to challenge and coach on complex matters. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in analysing and interpreting data. Contemporary knowledge of people leadership and emerging coaching practices. Proven experience contributing as part of a senior leadership team on strategic and operational direction. Project management/change management experience in frameworks, delivery and embedding change. High level of demonstrable skills in emotional intelligence, organisational agility, and cross-group collaboration. About us
