The NIAA has a range of flexible working arrangements available to its employees under the Enterprise Agreement. Systems Manager, Systems and Reporting Section, Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations We are seeking an excellent ICT all-rounder to manage the office business systems used to administer the CATSI Act. The key responsibilities involve supporting the Manager, Systems and Reporting in providing leadership within the team and in managing a number of key business systems as well as the data and reporting function of the office. You will be involved in the following kinds of work: maintaining existing business applications and registers and contributing business knowledge to the development of any replacement solutionsmanaging corporate data and analyticsplanning the scope of projects and implementation of projectsmanaging, drafting and delivery of MOUsdriving technological and process changesquality assurance and proposing improvements to systemstemplate development, writing projects and technical documentationscheduling, resource management, risk and issue management. The key duties of the position include: demonstrated working knowledge of the CATSI Act, with relevant qualifications in corporate governancesound knowledge across a broad range of ICT and project management matters with demonstrated experience managing a registry systemwell-developed knowledge in data analytics and reporting with relevant qualifications in Power BI and demonstrated experience in developing reports that suit a range of audiencesdemonstrated experience in templates management including the use of D365 Document Core Packexperience drafting and executing MOUs with other government agenciesexcellent organisational and time management skillscommitment to developing a positive team culture and ability to uphold the agency's Values and Behaviours at all timescollaboration with varying internal and external stakeholdersmanaging competing priorities often with the need to meet tight deadlinesability to work independently as well as being part of multiple teams. Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen.Occupants must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline level security clearance, or hold a current security clearance of an appropriate level.Successful candidates will be required to be assessed through our pre-employment screening checks, such as an Australian Criminal History Check. Notes Ongoing & Non-ongoing (for an initial period of up to 12 months). These roles are being advertised as both ongoing and non-ongoing, with the employment type to be determined in negotiation with the preferred candidate and the NIAA delegate. Where a non-ongoing specified term is offered, this would be for an initial period of up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum period of two years.
