The key duties of the position include: The role
The SouthPAN Aviation Implementation Manager will lead and manage activities to support Australian aerodromes to fully benefit from SouthPAN and encourage adoption of Safety-of-Life Services across the aviation sector.
In this role you will: Work with a high level of autonomy; In collaboration with Government partners, lead the creation and execution of a strategy to achieve agreed objectives for aerodrome adoption; Conduct project planning, engagement and consultation activities with various stakeholders; Proactively work with SouthPAN managers to manage risks, budget and resources; Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with policy partners and other stakeholders; Lead the reporting, monitoring and evaluation of project delivery; Lead procurement of contract resources to deliver on technical requirements; Manage change in scope, risks and issues. To be successful in the role you will: Have an eye for detail and be able to resolve complex issues; Be process driven and outcomes focused; Be skilled in building and maintaining productive working relationships; Commit to action and deliver on intended results; Have strong written and verbal communications skills; Recognise and explore differing perspectives. Required skills, knowledge, experience and/or qualifications Demonstrated experience managing delivery of policy implementation projects; Experience delivering infrastructure and technology projects; Experience working with aviation or similar industries would be beneficial.
