The NDIA is seeking EL2 Directors in the Market Innovation Branch.
Market Innovation Branch to drive innovative market approaches and long-term strategies to improve participant outcomes and sector capability. It uses evidence to design, develop and implement innovative market solutions. It leads approaches to assistive technology, participant employment capacity building, social and community participation and priority market initiatives.
As part of the EL2 application process, candidates will be asked to select their preferred roles as outlined below.
EL2 Director Innovation Priority Projects– designing and testing market innovation priority projectsEL2 Director Assistive Technology Markets– leading the strategic and developmental work to influence policy, systems and service delivery which enable participant access to assistive technology.Please refer to the relevant Position Descriptions for further information on these roles. The ideal candidate will be strategic and a conceptual thinker with experience in leading market policy and reform projects.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
