Part Time 2 x 40 hour and 2 x Casual Role The Opportunity Our Wollongong Private Hospital caters to a wide range of nutritious meals to patients. In our Catering team, you will work alongside a vibrant, fast-paced team that thrives on delivering exceptional customer service.
This role will involve:
Maintaining food hygiene, a clean working area and safety practices Delivering food & beverages to the hospital patients and doctors Washing dishes and cleaning in accordance with the FSP Assisting in the monitoring and recording requirements of the FSP, for example, recording temperatures, cleaning schedule completion, receipt of goods. Assisting the broader team as required to plate meals while maintaining food hygiene and safety practices Availability across a 7-day roster, including morning and afternoon shifts Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be punctual, reliable and committed to genuine, friendly customer service.
Previous experience in customer service, kitchen, and hospitality is essential Previous experience in hospitals is desirable Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus Previous experience with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety (desirable) Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay's core values The flexibility to handle a rotating roster is required.
